||SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
My skills and abilities would have to be my acting, singing and dancing because that is my main ambition in life.
I have many artistic abilities such as writing and drawing and I have excellent people skills as well.
I am an excellent team worker and I am a very confident person. I work hard to reach my goals and I am very polite.
Hello, my name is Kelly Marie Dyche and I am a 20 year old female Entertainer from Stoke-on-Trent.
I have a very bubbly, out-going and crazy personality, and I get on really well with people of all ages.
I actually live at home right now with my mum Dawn, my three younger sisters, Zoë, Stephanie, and Vicky, ‘who are all in their teens!’
I have a small named Skip who belongs to my mum, and a beautiful black kitty cat named Salem, who belongs to me.
I am a very big fan of Entertaining. I love to act; sing and dance, and I also have a love for writing my own fairytale, fantasie stories.
My one true dream in life is to become a professional actress, and one day let the whole world experience my many talents.

1. Singer in a girl group called Irresistible for two years, and singer/dancer/actress at Haven holiday’s for a few weeks.
2. A few months of acting at college and Haven Holidays.
3. A few months of dance at college, and two years of dance with Irresistible.
When I left high school, I decided to get a few songs recorded at a local recording studio called ‘DnB N-Tech,’ so that I could send off demos off to record producers all over the world.
While I was there recording, the manager asked me if I would like to audition for a band they were putting together. I gladfully said yes and a week later, auditioned along with quite a few other people.
That same night after I auditioned, I received a phone call from one of the managers. They had called to tell me I had got a place in the band.
The band, which had been named ‘Band it,’ was a real good experience for me. We rehearsed a number of songs with a live band and played at three different venues. But on the night of out third gig, I and two of the other female singers decided to leave and go look for another manager.
Soon after we left, we found another manager named Steve and re-named ourselves Irresistible.
We rehearsed song from as far back as Cher with the ‘shoop, shoop’ song and more up to date songs like; ‘Last thing on my mind’ by Steps and ‘Don’t stop movin!’ by S Club 7. It was great, we were like a real pop group, and all we needed now was to have our own songs.
Steve knew quite a few people in the music business and got a songwriter to write two songs for us. They were both great and we loved them. We even got to perform them once at one of our gigs, but after a while it seemed as though Gemma and Jenny, the other two singers, didn’t want the same thing as me.
In the year 2002, after my 18th birthday, I decided it would be better if I left the group.
It was really hard for me and my family at the time because I had put so much into the whole thing. I was so determined that we would make it big. I had been so blind. But I don’t regret one moment of it because I wouldn’t have the two years experience I have today.
I had experience in a recording studio and a lot of experience performing on and off stage. We were fully booked all through the year 2001-2002, and we even did a live interview on radio one.
We were in the paper a number of times and even got to sign a few autographs for fans.
In the year 2003 I auditioned for Butlins and Haven. I didn’t make it to Butlins, but I was picked, along with about 50 other people from 1800!
I was to be a singer at one of the Haven parks and I was so excited. I had been really upset about leaving Irresistible, but like I said, I was getting on with my life and doing what I though was taking the next step!
When I got to Haven, all the parks got together to watch the main show we would all be learning to perform. It was great! I would get to dress up in all kinds of costumes and perform every night live with my very own dancers, only soon after I arrived there, I came down with the worse tonsillitis I had ever had in my life!
I couldn’t believe it, I was so gutted, but I guess it was Gods way of telling me that this wasn’t what I really wanted to do.
I wanted to be a pop singer/actress and let’s face it; Haven isn’t really performing live at ‘summer in the city,’ or becoming an Elvin princess in ‘the Lord of the Rings’ now is it?
When I came home, it just felt as though my singing was over. I felt as though I had failed my family and most of all, myself!
I had a few jobs through 2003-2004 working in a bar and restaurant, pulling pints!
In 2004 I applied for a place at Burslem College, but not for my singing, for my acting instead.
I really do love to sing and perform, so I though if I can’t do my singing, I’ll just go and do my acting.
On the 8th September, my 20th birthday, I started a dance/drama course and made loads of new friends. I felt really down though; it was like my life just kinda turned upside down.
One day I was on top, singing with my very own group and now here I was, at college, right at the bottom!?!
After Christmas I left college because they weren’t doing the type of acting I wanted to do, and now here I am, hoping that somewhere out there, there’s a manager or agent of some sort, looking for me!
I have had a bit of work doing voice over for a radio add with a man named John Harrison!
All I want to do now is get as much work in the entertainment business as I possibly can doing small rolls or even just extra work, so that when I do get my big break as a actress, I’ll be ready.
Thank you for taking the time to read my C.V. I hope you like what you hear and hope to hear from you very soon.
Yours truly, Kelly Dyche
